How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 8–12 months in advance. For private, cultural, or corporate events, 1–6 months is ideal. However, we do accept last-minute inquiries depending on availability.
Do you offer day-of coordination only?
Yes. We offer both full-planning packages and day-of (month-of) coordination for clients who have most details planned but need professional support during execution.

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Winnipeg Manitoba, we go anywhere in the world that your vision takes us. For out-of-city or destination events, travel fees may apply.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the event type, size, and service level. After your consultation, we provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Do you help with setup and teardown?
Yes. Setup and teardown are included in most planning and coordination packages. Rental orders also come with arranged pickup/return options.

What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Rental damage deposits are refundable unless the client cancels the rental or items are returned damaged. Full cancellation terms are outlined in your contract.
